Your order is fully insured for any damage in transit. If you think the delivery may be damaged then sign for goods as uninspected. Please inspect the delivery immediately and contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report any breakages
Any returns must be shipped freight pre-paid and must be insured for the full value. However If we arrange to collect, we will cover these costs.

Simply Lamps provides a minimum 90 day warranty for faults due to defective materials or workmanship. This commences from the date of despatch.
To return a product you will need to contact us for an RMA number (valid for 2 weeks).
Return Catagories:
Broken in transit: Breakages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to enable us to claim with our carriers. Any claim outside of this period cannot be supported.
Ordered in error / No longer required: If you have ordered the wrong item we can generally take the lamp back, subject to a restocking fee. If you return the lamp in perfect condition this will be between 10% and 25% of the purchase price. Unless you were advised when you placed your order that it was a special purchase item and could not be returned.
Defective Product / Warranty claim: If an item does not work, or stops working by what appears to be a product defect, then use the returns system to get the lamp back to us. When we receive your return we will determine the fault with the manufacturer and credit the lamp in full if applicable. If a replacement is required ahead of the return then please place a new order.
Incorrect product supplied: On the rare occasion that we have shipped an incorrect bulb we will credit the lamp in full, once returned. Before ordering a replacement please confirm all the lamp details so we can ensure we ship the correct lamp.
In all circumstances an RMA number must be obtained before you ship the product back. All lamps must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be defaced in any way. We recommend you pack the lamp in an outer carton to ensure it returns without any damage. We reserve the right to levy an increased restocking charge or reject the goods if the above conditions are not adhered to. If the returned product is not received within 2 weeks the RMA will be closed and you will need to re-contact to organise a new one.
